Brooklyn Grange Farm

Brooklyn Grange operate the world’s largest rooftop soil farms, located on two roofs in New York City, and grow over 50,000 lbs of organically-cultivated produce per year. In addition to growing and distributing fresh local vegetables and herbs, Brooklyn Grange also provides urban farming and green roof consulting and installation services to clients worldwide, and partner with numerous non-profit organisations throughout New York to promote healthy and strong local communities.

The mission is to promote sustainable living and local ecology through food, education, and events. Brooklyn Grange believe that social enterprise is a powerful driver of positive change, and that businesses should be a nourishing part of their community. At their core, they are a farm, and growing nutritious, tasty food is their passion.
