Pantone’s ‘Outside In’ House

Last Autumn, Pantone teamed up with Airbnb to promote their Colour of the Year – ‘Greenery’ – by converting a London property into a magical nature-themed interior. The temporary ‘Outside In’ house invited visitors to enter through a woodland thicket, muse over inspiring books in the greenhouse, and forage for herbs in the walls. Pantone’s colour choice was governed by their prestigious trend spotting expertise. The Colour of the Year is said to reflect a cultural attitude, with ‘Greenery’ symbolising a longing to reconnect with the natural world.
